Payment processing is handled entirely by our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not collect, see, or store your credit card, bank account, or other sensitive financial information.

Your name and email address are used exclusively for the following purposes:

• To personalize your digital Desi N Pass.
• To deliver the final product to your email inbox.
• To contact you regarding your specific order if there are any issues.

We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your non-financial order details (Name, Email, Payment ID, and our internal Verification Token) are stored in a private Google Sheet. Access to this sheet is restricted and protected by Google account security measures (e.g., password and 2-Factor Authentication).
