Refunds & Returns

Due to the immediate, digital, and personalized nature of the Desi N Pass, we have a strict NO REFUNDS policy once the product has been generated and sent to your email address. All sales are considered final upon electronic delivery.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Exceptions

We will, however, issue a full refund at our discretion in the following limited cases:

• If there is a technical failure on our end that prevents us from delivering your product.
• If we choose to cancel your order for a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., a request for an offensive name on the card).

Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order only if it has not yet been processed and delivered. As orders are processed quickly, cancellation is not guaranteed. Please contact our support team immediately if you wish to attempt a cancellation.
