The Desi N Pass is a 100% digital product. There are no physical items to be shipped, and therefore no shipping charges apply.
Upon successful completion and verification of your payment, your personalized digital Desi N Pass will be generated and delivered electronically to the email address you provided during checkout.
All deliveries are processed manually to ensure quality. We typically complete deliveries within a few hours of your purchase. However, please allow up to 24 hours for processing and delivery. If you have not received your pass after 24 hours, please check your spam or junk mail folder before contacting support.
